Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced HSE Training Specialist to develop and deliver engaging safety modules on hazard identification, risk assessment and emergency response for heavy industry, construction or oil & gas sectors. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and NEBOSH IGC with at least 5 years of Gulf experience.

Experience in designing and delivering HSE training to diverse audiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (OH&S, Env Science, Engineering)
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification in HSE
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HSE experience in heavy industry, construction, or oil & gas
• Proven experience designing and delivering engaging HSE training to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

Job description

Develop and deliver engaging HSE training modules on topics like hazard identification risk assessment and emergency response tailored to industry-specific risks Conduct practical hands-on safety demonstrations and drills ensuring participants can apply learned principles in real-world scenarios Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes and retention Maintain accurate training records including attendance assessment results and certification status for compliance and reporting purposes

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HSE roles within heavy industry, construction, or oil & gas sectors.

Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging HSE training programs to diverse audiences.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects.
• Clean Shave facial policy is applicable
• Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible
• No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
• Age Criteria:Maximum age limit is 49 years
• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
