Job summary

S K Overseas HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior HSE professional with 12-15 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries to lead HSE programs across projects. The role requires hands-on safety audits, risk assessments, and implementation of robust management systems.

You will manage a team of HSE professionals, drive incident investigations, and ensure compliance with NEBOSH, ISO 45001/14001 standards. Bachelor's degree required; UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years experience in HSE in oil & gas, petro-chemical, construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning.
• At least 5 years in a lead HSE position managing a team of professionals.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk identification to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement effective safety management systems, policies, and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12-15 years experience in HSE (Operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning projects, with at least 5 years experience in a lead HSE position managing team of HSE professionals.
• Bachelors degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
• Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business
• NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent
• NEBOSH International Diploma
• Any other HSE certifications
• Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage.
• Mandatory :Lead Auditor course ISO 45001/ ISO 14001
• Mandatory:Incident Investigation technique.
