Job summary

BON ACCORD OIL FIELD SERVICES is seeking an HSE professional to lead risk assessments, design training programs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at our sites in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires experience in oil and gas environments and strong knowledge of ISO 45001/ISO 14001.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in OH&S or a related field, with NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend control measures.
• Develop and implement HSE training programs tailored to employees and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
