Job summary

JD Gulf Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced HSE professional to drive Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across projects in Dubai. You will conduct risk assessments, develop training programs, monitor regulatory compliance, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence.

The role demands 5+ years in HSE roles within construction/oil and gas sectors, NEBOSH/IOSH is preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is essential.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HSE experience in construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and recommend practical control measures.
Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Lead safety audits and inspections with actionable insights for management.
