Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced HSE professional to strengthen safety programs across construction and facade projects. You will develop policies, conduct training, and coordinate with regulators to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.

The role requires NEBOSH/IOSH certification, 3+ years of Gulf experience, ISO procedures knowledge, and the ability to train diverse teams. A competitive salary in AED and health insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certification mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years HSE experience in Gulf construction/facade industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO procedures.
• Experience in aluminium facade industry preferred.
• Ability to train and supervise multiple personnel.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and maintaining health, safety and environmental policies.
• Liaise with agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and development for employees.
• Conduct incident investigations.
• Perform on-site safety and environmental audits.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation.
• Manage incident reports in the corporate HSE system.
• Conduct regular safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies.
