Job summary

Falcon Group of Companies in the UAE is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to help maintain a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. You will develop and enforce site safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Diploma in OHS or related field, 2–5 years of experience in construction or oil and gas, and holds NEBOSH or IOSH certification. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years HSE experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or oil and gas sectors.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and site safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend control measures.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company requirements.
• Investigate incidents and maintain accurate HSE documentation.
