Job summary

Mirage is seeking an experienced HSE Officer for a civil construction project in the UAE. You will conduct inspections, monitor contractor compliance, investigate incidents, and deliver inductions and toolbox talks to site teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in OHS, NEBOSH IGC, and a minimum of 7 years in HSE within civil construction, with at least 4 years UAE experience. You will maintain records and support emergency planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 7 years of experience in an HSE officer role within civil construction.
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification required.
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience mandatory.
