Job summary

Leverage General Contracting L.L.C seeks a qualified HSE Officer to implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across UAE project sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and support audits and incident investigations.

The role requires a NEBOSH IGC, 2+ years UAE construction experience, and proficiency with ADOSH-SF 4.0. Excellent communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years HSE experience in UAE construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3-year diploma in a relevant discipline.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor/Awareness Training (IRCA-approved) preferred.
• Registered with Quadrat (OSHAD) or ADVETI training completed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ADOSH-SF Version 4.0 and client HSE standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training for workers.
