DSA in Dubai seeks an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead safety across construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and client standards. You will advise directors and managers on safety and welfare matters and coordinate with project leaders to implement HSE plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in safety management or engineering, professional certifications (NEBOSH/OSHA), and 10–15 years’ regional experience with strong auditing and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety management or engineering or equivalent.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or OSHA, NVQ Level 6 or IGC Level-3.
• 10–15 years of experience in engineering consultants or construction projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and regional health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to project HSE requirements and implement with Contractor and stakeholders.
• Ensure all emergency procedures are prepared and implemented.
• Carry out site HSE tours and audits with Contractor HSE staff; address findings.
• Maintain DSA HSE registers (training, induction, inspection reports, accidents).
• Respond to health and safety complaints from stakeholders.
• Monitor staff compliance with safety standards and report violations.
