Job summary

Guildhall is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to own HSE strategy, systems and compliance across a major Dubai construction project. The role reports directly to the Projects Director and is embedded on site with senior authority.

The ideal candidate has 15–18 years HSE experience, 5–10 years in senior leadership, an engineering degree, NEBOSH IGC or IOSH, and fluent Arabic and English, with a proven ability to build and staff an HSE department in line with UAE/GCC regulations.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years total HSE experience.
• 5–10 years in senior management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• NEBOSH IGC and/or IOSH certification.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE strategy, systems and compliance across a Dubai project.
• Report to the Projects Director on safety and risk performance.
• Build and lead the on-site HSE department.
• Approve safety protocols, drills and corrective actions.
• Lead investigations and incident reporting to senior management.
• Act as liaison with regulators on compliance.
