Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an HSE Manager to elevate safety across its Dubai-based Retail operations. You will collaborate with multiple teams, provide specialist HSE guidance, support compliance with regulations, and lead initiatives to improve safety standards.

You will develop policies, conduct audits and lead incident investigations, ensuring risk mitigation and continual improvement within the SINYAR Development Programme.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety, Occupational Health or related field.
• Diploma in Engineering or Safety with NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
• Knowledge of HSE systems, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Health & Safety excellence across Retail operations.
• Develop HSE checklists, guidelines and workflows.
• Oversee HSSE Incident Management System implementation.
• Provide technical HSE support across business units.
• Analyze incident data and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Support compliance with local health and safety laws.
