Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment initiatives across our retail network in the United Arab Emirates. You will collaborate with multiple teams to provide specialist HSE guidance, support compliance with local laws, and drive continuous improvement of safety standards and practices.

You will develop checklists, guidelines and workflows, manage incident reporting and investigations, and deliver technical HSE support across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety or related field.
• Diploma in Engineering, Safety or related discipline, with NEBOSH, IOSH or an equivalent certification.
• Sound knowledge of HSE systems, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Good Microsoft Office and English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Health & Safety excellence across our Retail operations.
• Support administration and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• Develop HSE checklists, guidelines and workflows that support safe operations.
• Oversee the implementation of the HSSE Incident Management System.
• Provide technical HSE support across Al-Futtaim Retail business units.
• Analyse incident data and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate audits and inspections and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and awareness materials.
