Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai seeks an experienced HSE Manager to strengthen health, safety and environmental practices across retail operations. You will support regulatory compliance, incident management, and the continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System within the SINYAR Management Program.

You will collaborate with management, business units and the HSSE Committee to drive risk management, reporting and safety improvements while promoting a safe working

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and audits.
• Experience with incident investigations and safety metrics.
• English communication skills; Arabic an advantage.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and safety dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support OH&S management system implementation and improvement.
• Develop HSE checklists and workflows for safe practices.
• Oversee HSSE incident management and investigations.
• Prepare HSE dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate with HSSE Committee and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and permits.
