Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an HSE Manager as part of the SINYAR Management Program in Dubai to lead health, safety and environment initiatives across our retail operations. You will develop and maintain the HSE management system, provide specialist guidance, and drive compliance with local laws and standards.

You bring at least 5 years’ experience, a Safety Diploma with NEBOSH or IOSH, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety.
• Diploma in Engineering or Safety with NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HSE systems, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive OH&S excellence across Al-Futtaim Retail operations.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Provide technical HSE guidance to stakeholders.
• Analyse data and prepare dashboards for safety reporting.
