Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an HSSE Officer to enforce health, safety, security and environmental standards across UAE sites. You will drive inspections, audits and hazard control while supporting emergency planning and regulatory compliance.

You will maintain HSSE records, lead toolbox talks, assist training, and engage with stakeholders to uphold high safety standards. Fluency in English and Arabic and a relevant 2-year HSSE background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., engineering).
• 2 years of experience in HSSE or security roles.
• Accredited certifications as firefighter, first aider, or related qualifications.
• Fluent in English and Arabic for effective communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Enforce health, safety, security and environmental regulations across UAE sites.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and hazard prevention.
• Lead site safety meetings and toolbox talks weekly.
• Maintain HSSE records and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support training and incident investigations; engage with stakeholders.
