Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety for large Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects. You will chair HSSEQ activities, manage HSE teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Owner standards across EPC/FEED phases.

Responsibilities include development of HSE plans, incident investigations, and emergency response procedures, with emphasis on leadership and risk reduction in a GCC context.

Qualifications

• Requires NEBOSH GCriGC, HSE qualifications and certifications.
• Minimum 20 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical; GCC experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role on international O&G or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in PMC roles and Offshore/EPC projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement activities.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals (Lead HSE Engineers, officers).
• Ensure HSE management systems meet regulatory and Owner standards.
• Develop and implement annual HSE plans and emergency procedures.
• Monitor HSSEQ performance and drive corrective actions.
