Job summary
Amaris Consulting in Dubai seeks an HRIS Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new HRIS opportunities, engaging with potential clients across the UAE. You will present HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), conduct market research, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor proposals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or IT-related fields.
- Proven experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Conduct market research to target potential clients in the Dubai region
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and networking events
- Present Amaris HRIS solutions to prospective clients and partners
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
