Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an HRIS Sales Development Representative to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and events.

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor solutions and maintain robust pipeline records. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, with a hybrid remote policy in place.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, HR or IT-related fields.
• Strong experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions.
• Good knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

We are looking for a HRIS Sales Development Representative - F/H/X to join our team in Dubai.

Your missions

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• Conduct market research to target potential clients in the Dubai region

Your profile

• You have a degree in business, HR, or IT-related fields
• You have a strong experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions
• You have a good knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
• You are fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
