Job summary

• Proven experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Your missions

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, etc.)

• Present Amaris HRIS solutions to prospective clients and partners

Your profile

• You have a degree in business, HR, or IT-related fields
• You have a strong experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions
• You have a good knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
• You are fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
