Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an HRIS Sales Development Representative - F/H/X for our Dubai team. You will identify opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and engage prospects through calls, emails, and events.

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor solutions, maintain CRM records, and help shape proposals for clients. An international environment and strong training are offered, with a flexible remote policy.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in business, HR, or IT-related fields.
• You have strong experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions.
• You have knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors.
• You are fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, etc.).
• Conduct market research to target potential clients in the Dubai region.
• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and networking events.
• Present Amaris HRIS solutions to prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
• Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
