Job summary

Enoc in Dubai seeks an HRIS specialist to plan and manage HR databases and systems such as payroll, leave, employee records and benefits, ensuring data security and integrity.

You will deliver training and provide technical support to system users while assisting with the introduction, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle and SAP HR modules. This is a fixed-term role requiring a degree in HR and IT with cloud HR experience.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree or professional qualification in HR and IT, with specialised training in Information Systems.
• Understand the product experience on Cloud offerings technology in HR Functions.
• Experience with HRIS, Oracle and SAP HR platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise the operation and maintenance of HR databases and systems (payroll, time off, employee records, benefits) with strong data security.
• Provide information, training, and technical support to system users.
• Lead the introduction, implementation and maintenance of Oracle and SAP HR systems.

Job Purpose

Plan and organise the efficient operation and maintenance of the HR databases and systems e.g. payroll, time off, employee records, benefits etc. to ensure adequate security controls are in place to safeguard confidential data and the integrity of employee information. Provide information, training, and technical support to system users.

Experience

8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 4 years of similar Systems experience, including the introduction, implementation and maintenance of Oracle and SAP systems related to HR. Should have experience of delivering training on all Oracle/SAP modules related to HR.

*This role is open for hire on a Fixed Term Contract of 1 year.
