MAIR Group is seeking a qualified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions for accurate employee data and efficient HR processes in the UAE. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and strategic people needs.
Focus areas include Employee Central configuration, Talent Management, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA and payroll systems.
The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions that enable accurate employee data, efficient HR processes, compliant payroll inputs, and data-driven talent decisions. The role will closely partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Business teams to ensure SuccessFactors solutions align with MAIR Group’s operational, regulatory, and strategic people needs.
Configure and support Employee Central including Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Position Management, Job and Personal Information, Business Rules, and Workflows.
Maintain organisation structures across legal entities, business units, divisions, stores, and cost centres.
Manage employee lifecycle events: hire, transfer, promotion, contract change, and termination.Configure Time Off, holiday calendars, work schedules, and leave policies aligned with UAE Labour Law and GCC country requirements.
Configure and support Recruiting (RCM/RMK), Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Learning, as per the phased roadmap.
Design annual performance and compensation cycles, including templates, route maps, rating scales, and guidelines.
Enable talent reviews, succession planning, and career development for key and critical roles.
Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA (organisational data, cost centres, employee master data) and payroll systems.
Build and support integrations using Integration Center, SAP Integration Suite (BTP), and standard SuccessFactors APIs (OData).
Support interfaces with third-party systems such as payroll providers, biometric time and attendance, Active Directory / SSO (SAP IAS), and banks for WPS.
Participate in SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, semi-annual release upgrades, and enhancements.
Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration workbooks, and specifications.
Lead data migration: templates, validation, cleansing, and load of employee and organisation data.Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live and hypercare activities.
Provide post-go-live support, incident resolution, and continuous improvements.
Design and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure segregation of duties and need-to-know access.
Develop operational and management reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors Report Stories and People Analytics.
Act as a trusted partner to HR leadership, HR business partners, and Payroll teams.
Support internal and external audits related to HR data and access.
Ensure proper documentation, controls, and change management.Coordinate with SAP, implementation partners, AMS partners, and internal technical teams.
Deliver end-user training, user guides, and knowledge transfer to HR teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central mandatory; additional module certifications are an advantage).
5–8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.Strong experience in Employee Central and at least two Talent modules.
End‑to‑end implementation experience (at least one full lifecycle).
Experience in Retail / FMCG / Trading / Multi‑company environments preferred.
Exposure to UAE / GCC labour law, WPS, and Emiratisation requirements is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration (OM, cost centres, FI posting of payroll) and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
