Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking a skilled SAP HCM/SuccessFactors professional in the UAE to own support, optimisation, and enhancements across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules. You will manage onboarding, performance, goals, and recruiting enhancements while streamlining payroll processes and ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.

You will lead HR-Fiori improvements, automate HR workflows, translate business needs into technical solutions, and liaise with HR users and AMS

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience with payroll processes and HR workflows.
• Ability to train users and support post-implementation transition.

Responsibilities

• Own the support, optimisation and enhancement of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
• Manage SuccessFactors Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Recruiting and related enhancement activities.
• Streamline monthly payroll processes and resolve payroll, replication and integration issues between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead enhancements to HR Fiori applications, reports, workflows and user-facing tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes, applications and services.
• Translate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions.
• Act as the primary link between HR business users, process owners and implementation or AMS partners.
• Review change requests, effort estimates, technical documentation and partner deliverables.
• Ensure developments comply with SAP quality standards, agreed scope and service-level expectations.
• Support system upgrades, patches, impact assessments and remediation activities.
• Provide functional expertise on new SAP applications, capabilities and user-experience improvements.
• Train business users on new system features and support the transition into business-as usual operations.
• Analyse complex system issues and recommend practical solutions based on industry best practices.
