Job summary

Airbus Africa and Middle East FZE, based in Dubai, seeks a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support total reward strategy, contract administration, and global mobility operations. The role drives HR digital transformation through AI-powered analytics and automated workflows.

The successful candidate will oversee contracts, run market benchmarking, develop HR dashboards, and collaborate with finance for payroll analytics across the region. This is a permanent, full-time position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of compensation and benefits experience.
• Experience driving HR digital transformation and AI-powered solutions.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
• Strong English communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration of annual reward programs including salary reviews, bonus campaigns, cost of labour computation, employees share purchase and success sharing programs.
• Supports annual personnel cost budget planning and provides data-driven payroll and benefits analytics.
• Leads HR digital transformation initiatives, overseeing HR technologies, AI-driven solutions and automated workflows.
• Maintains and optimizes regional reward database with HR analytics tools.
• Manages regional global mobility operations including expat contracts and payroll administration.
• Prepares and evaluates employment contracts and lifecycle documentation.
• Participates in salary surveys and conducts market benchmark analytics.
• Develops HR dashboards and ad-hoc reporting for workforce insights.
• Drives cross-functional HR projects.
