Job summary

HRsource is recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join its regional corporate team, supporting payroll operations across the Middle East and Africa. This role covers multiple countries and entities, focusing on accuracy, controls and exception management rather than manual processing.

You will manage inputs/outputs, coordinate with local HR teams and external providers, oversee statutory requirements and maintain payroll data integrity across the region.

Qualifications

• Regional or multi-country payroll experience.
• Understanding of complete payroll cycle.
• Experience with automated/outsource payroll.
• Strong payroll reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of statutory deductions in MEA.
• Proficient in Excel and large data handling.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll across MEA markets.
• Review inputs and outputs for accuracy.
• Validate employee data and changes.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
