Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership Careers is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager in Sharjah. The role involves managing compensation and benefits operations for a leading Oil & Gas business. Responsibilities include conducting salary surveys, developing policies, and advising on strategic HR proposals. The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of HAY methodology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Qualifications

• Previous UAE work experience.
