Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a seasoned Head of HR to lead compensation, benefits, employee relations and organizational development in the UAE. You will drive policy governance, salary benchmarking, budgeting and workforce planning while partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of HR progression with at least 3 years in management, strong analytical skills in Excel, and a solid understanding of UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or section management role.
• Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.
• Proficiency in HR Policies, Procedures, Job Evaluation, and Grading.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• Experience in Government or Semi-Government sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Compensation & Benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, incentives, and annual compensation reviews.
• Oversee Employee Relations, providing guidance on employee concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances, and UAE Labour Law compliance.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Manage Organizational Development initiatives, including organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, and change management.
• Conduct job evaluation and grading exercises to ensure consistency and internal equity.
• Perform financial analysis related to manpower costs, compensation budgets, and HR metrics.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
