Job summary

Mind Base Education in Abu Dhabi invites applications for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes within an education center, ideal for someone building a career in HR.

You'll assist in end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee databases, support onboarding and engagement initiatives, and help with HR projects while learning company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR or related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR databases.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle confidential information.
• Eager to learn and take initiative in supporting HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end recruitment: postings, shortlisting, interviews, coordination.
• Maintain and update employee databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Follow up on onboarding documentation, reference checks, and data updates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including events and feedback sessions.
• Help with HR admin tasks, including reports and HR projects.
• Learn and adhere to company policies, labor regulations and HR best practices.
