Job summary

CNX in Dubai is hiring an HR Shared Services Supervisor to oversee PRO, immigration, employee administration, and recruitment across UAE accounts. You will ensure regulatory compliance, timely visa processing, efficient employee services, and seamless onboarding for all staff.

You will lead governance, reporting, and hiring activities, maintaining dashboards and coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to optimize the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PRO and immigration services: manage visa applications, renewals, transfers, amendments and cancellations.
• Oversee HR administration and employee services: onboarding, records, contracts, compliance trackers.
• Governance, reporting and compliance: UAE labour laws, dashboards, SLA monitoring, risk identification and improvements.
• Talent acquisition & hiring support: end-to-end recruitment for UAE accounts, sourcing to onboarding.
