Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PRO and immigration services for UAE operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Lead recruitment activities for UAE accounts and monitor hiring timelines.
• Manage relationships with external PRO providers and government entities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to support the employee lifecycle.
