Job summary

Crescent Petroleum in Sharjah invites an HR Analyst to support manpower planning, budgeting, and rewards strategies across the company. You will collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and improve data-driven decision making.

The role requires a degree in Business Management or HR (CIPD/SHRM preferred) and 2–3 years’ HR experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or similar sectors; strong analytic skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management and/or HR, preferably with a CIPD or SHRM certificate.
• 2–3 years of broad HR experience, preferably within Oil & Gas or similar industries.
• Excellent data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in manpower planning and budgeting processes to ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
• Supports compensation and benefits planning and policy implementation.
• Performs HR analysis and prepares reports to inform management decisions.
• Keeps up-to-date with HR best practices and suggests improvement actions.
