Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, HR analytics or HR data management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards and data manipulation.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Experience working with HRIS or HR databases.
• Good understanding of HR metrics and employee lifecycle data.
• Experience creating automated reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to explain HR data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data confidentiality and HR information security.

Responsibilities
