Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing program enrollments, scheduling, or event coordination.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiplesystems and platforms, including QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, and Exceltrackers
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting, including Page 0regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolvediscrepancies between systems
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, andactionable insights for stakeholders
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations, anddefine and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives
• Support evidence-based decision-making through timely andaccurate reporting
• Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking forleadership development programs, such as SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate, usingsystems such as iCIMS
• Effectively utilize and manage data tools and platforms,including Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, iCIMS, or equivalent systems
• Support the development and optimization of data workflowsand operational processes

Requirements

• Prior experience in corporate Learning & Development(L&D), HR, or operations environment
• Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based collaborationtools
