Job summary

Exotic Colors by Maysari is seeking an HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment to support hiring for retail, office, warehouse and operational roles in the UAE. The role covers job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial calls, interview scheduling, and recruitment record maintenance.

You will also help with offers, pre-joining steps and onboarding coordination, plus general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Has recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Experience posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Experience hiring retail, sales, office or warehouse staff is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of UAE labour law, onboarding and visa processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, organization and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Post vacancies on job portals and recruitment channels.
• Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Assist with offer preparation, pre-joining requirements, and onboarding coordination.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks when required.
