Job summary

J10 Consulting is seeking a well experienced HR Recruiter for a Dubai-based construction consultancy client. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates for high-profile UAE projects.

The role requires UAE recruitment experience, English and Arabic communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies. Immediate joining on a 3-6 month contract with outsourcing arrangement through J10 Consulting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR Recruitment experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR, labor and hiring laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Effective communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Strong sourcing, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and projects.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and joining.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with HR management and verify candidates against GCC eligibility requirements.
• Stay updated on construction recruitment trends and regulations.
