Binghatti, a leading UAE property developer based in Dubai, invites a Performance Management Specialist to strengthen our HR analytics and KPIs aligned with business strategy. You will partner with HR and senior leaders to define goals, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans while maintaining confidential records and supporting PIP processes across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance management or talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and KPI development.
  • Experience with HRIS/performance management systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end evaluations.
  • Partner with managers to establish measurable, business-aligned KPIs and objectives.
  • Monitor outcomes, identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Provide guidance on reviews, objective setting, feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain performance management policies and documentation.
  • Support implementation and improvement of performance management systems and tools.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for HR leadership and senior management.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights for productivity and engagement.
  • Support development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify development needs.
  • Ensure fair application of practices across departments.
  • Support calibration exercises for consistency in ratings.
  • Conduct training on performance management processes.

About the Role

The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting and continuously improving the organisation’s performance management framework. The role will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure performance objectives are clearly defined, consistently measured, and aligned with business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance management, KPIs, employee development and HR analytics, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end evaluations.
  • Partner with managers to establish clear, measurable and business-aligned KPIs and performance objectives.
  • Monitor performance outcomes and identify trends, gaps and areas requiring improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews, objective setting, feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and maintain performance management policies, processes, guidelines and documentation.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management systems and tools.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for HR leadership and senior management.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve employee productivity and engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to identify development needs based on performance outcomes.
  • Ensure performance management practices are applied consistently and fairly across departments.
  • Support calibration exercises to promote consistency and fairness in performance ratings.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees and managers on performance management processes.
  • Maintain accurate performance records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives related to talent management, succession planning and employee development.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in performance management, HR or talent management.
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, KPI development and competency-based assessments.
  • Experience working with HRIS/performance management systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Preferred Experience

Experience within real estate, property development, construction, hospitality or other fast-paced, multi-function organisations would be an advantage.
