Job summary

Binghatti is seeking a strategic leader to head the PMO and drive AI-led digital transformation across its UAE real estate portfolio. You will govern the project program, manage budgets and resources, and partner with business, technology, and external vendors to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.

You will translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, oversee governance, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• PMI-PgMP/PMI-PfMP/PRINCE2/Agile or Scrum certifications preferred
• PMP Certification mandatory

Job Summary

Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) with a strong focus on AI-led and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will oversee the transformation project portfolio, ensuring strong governance, delivery, budget control, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving AI transformation from strategy and use-case identification through implementation and go-live, working closely with business, technology, data, and external partners to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, customer experience, decision-making, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the portfolio of AI and digital transformation projects and programs.
• Develop and implement PMO governance, standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage AI transformation opportunities and use cases across business functions.
• Work with business and technology teams to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Drive AI projects from discovery, business case and proof of concept through implementation, adoption, and go-live.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Prepare AI and digital transformation dashboards, executive reports, business cases, and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate with business, IT, data teams, vendors, AI solution providers, and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project resource planning and prioritization across the transformation portfolio.
• Drive RAID management, change control, project quality assurance, and transformation governance.
• Track AI adoption, business impact, ROI, efficiency gains, and benefits realization.
• Support change management, user adoption, training, and the transition of AI solutions into business operations.
• Manage vendor selection, procurement, contracts, and delivery governance for AI and technology partners.
• Ensure appropriate consideration of AI governance, data privacy, security, responsible AI, and regulatory requirements.
