Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Business Planning & Performance Manager to drive strategic planning, performance management and business optimization. You will translate corporate objectives into measurable outcomes, manage dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to close performance gaps.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, governance of planning cycles, and leading transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Performance Management.
• 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in government, semi-government, sovereign entities or large corporates is desirable.
• UAE National with Family Book.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic and business planning framework.

• Facilitate annual business planning and strategic reviews.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Planning & Performance Manager to lead the organization's strategic planning, performance management, and business optimization initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring that corporate objectives are translated into measurable outcomes, fostering a performance-driven culture, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Governance

• Lead the development and execution of the organization's strategic and business planning framework.
• Translate corporate strategy into departmental objectives, initiatives, and measurable KPIs.
• Facilitate annual business planning and strategic review cycles.
• Ensure alignment between strategic priorities, operational plans, and organizational goals.

Performance Management

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide performance management frameworks and scorecards.
• Monitor organizational and departmental KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive quarterly and annual performance review processes.
• Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to improve organizational effectiveness.

Business Analysis & Reporting

• Develop executive dashboards, analytics reports, and performance presentations for leadership and board committees.
• Analyze business performance trends, risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to establish performance targets and improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and performance review meetings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on strategic and performance-related matters.
• Lead business improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
• Support corporate transformation programs and organizational excellence initiatives.
• Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, Performance Management, or Business Excellence.
• At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience within government, semi-government, sovereign entities, or large corporate organizations is highly desirable.
• UAE National with Family Book.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of strategic planning and performance management methodologies.
• Experience with KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecard, and organizational performance systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and performance reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation capabilities.
