SLM Interior Decoration LLC is hiring an HR & Payroll Assistant whose primary responsibility is to ensure accurate, timely monthly payroll processing, including WPS salary disbursement. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems, and the ability to meet strict monthly deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely WPS salary disbursement
• Maintain and update attendance, leave, and overtime records before each payroll cycle
• Verify new-joiner, resignation, and termination details for correct payroll adjustments and final settlements
• Reconcile payroll data with HR records and identify discrepancies before submissionMaintain confidential employee files, contracts, and HR databases
• Support visa, labour card, and Emirates ID processing timelines affecting payroll and onboarding
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee questions about salaries, leave balances, and payslips
• Prepare payroll reports, WPS files, and reconciliations for management review
• Assist with daily HR administration, filing, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies

Requirements
