The ideal candidate has 1+ year of HR and payroll experience, a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/Accounting, and proficiency with HRMS and UAE payroll practices. Arabic is a plus, but English is preferred for communication.

Qualifications

• Payroll-processing experience is required.
• Experience with HRMS and UAE payroll practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related payroll software.
• Degree in HR, business administration or accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll with accurate WPS disbursement.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records for payroll cycles.
• Verify new-joiner and termination details for payroll adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management.
• Support daily HR administration and filing, while ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance.
