Job summary

Sundus Management Consultancy & Studies Bureau L.L.C in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR professional to handle day-to-day Employee Relations, manage SAP HR/HCM master data, and support payroll processing.

The role also covers attendance and leave administration, pension and insurance enrollments, exit management, and onboarding along with regular HR reporting and audits. This on-site position requires strict adherence to company policies and accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• Handle day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) activities per company policies.
• Manage employee master data in SAP HR/HCM with accuracy.
• Support monthly payroll processing and related employee queries.
• Manage attendance, leave, and other HR administration activities.
• Handle pension administration, EOSB calculations, and related transactions.
• Administer health and life insurance enrollments and changes.
• Support employee exit management and final settlements.
• Process salary advances, education assistance, and off-cycle payments.
• Prepare HR reports, monthly SLA reports, and audit-related reports using SAP.
• Provide onboarding and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day ER activities per company policies.
• Maintain and update SAP HR/HCM master data accurately.
• Assist in payroll processing and respond to payroll queries.
• Oversee time, attendance, leave, and other HR admin tasks.
• Administer pension, EOSB calculations, and related transactions.
