Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our UAE HR team. You will own employee relations, HR systems management (SAP SuccessFactors), and audit compliance for a workforce of 800+ employees, ensuring accurate data, timely responses, and policy adherence.

The role requires hands-on operations, high-volume request handling, and strong communication. Multilingual candidates are preferred, with proficiency in European languages an advantage for cross-border

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience in a mid-to-large organization (800+ employees preferred).
Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactors and strong UAE labor law knowledge.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related matters, and support managers in disciplinary and performance processes.
Maintain and update employee records and workflows in SAP SuccessFactors, including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate monthly submissions and manage attendance and leave records.
Handle high-volume daily HR service requests and support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding across departments.
