Job summary

Yume Prime in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full recruitment cycle, coordinate postings, screen resumes and schedule interviews to secure top talent.

You will administer onboarding programs, maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and support the development and implementation of HR policies while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, screen resumes and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Administer onboarding programs including orientation sessions and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
