Job summary

Yume Prime Marketing Management LLC seeks an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in Dubai. You will coordinate postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience, while onboarding new hires and managing benefits enrollment.

You will also maintain HR records in our systems, ensuring data protection compliance, and contribute to the development of HR policies that support a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
