Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead the complete Human Resources and Administration function across the Group in the UAE, Oman and Qatar. You will own the full employee lifecycle for about 800 employees, ensuring payroll, WPS compliance, recruitment, labour-law compliance, immigration and administration.

The role requires 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with 3–5 years in management, GCC exposure and strong UAE labour-law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's/MBA in HR or CIPD certification will be an advantage.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven GCC HR experience with strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Exposure to Oman and Qatar labour regulations will be an advantage.
• Experience managing HR operations for mid-to-large workforce, preferably in automotive, trading, retail or distribution.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, WPS and HRMS systems.
• SAP HR exposure will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group-wide HR & Admin strategy, policies, procedures and structure.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and WPS compliance across entities.
• Manage attendance, leave, gratuity and end-of-service settlements per labour laws.
• Lead recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding.
• Supervise PRO and government relations including visa processing and labour cards.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and investigations.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, training and development.
• Oversee staff accommodation, transportation, insurance and admin.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports and dashboards.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, insurers and authorities.
• Lead HR & Admin team across payroll, recruitment, PRO and admin.
