Job summary

QatarYello is seeking a Senior HR Operations Leader to drive end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistency, compliance, and service excellence. You will own employee lifecycle processes, immigration, payroll coordination, and HR analytics to support a dynamic industrial workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership in HR Operations.
• Experience leading HR operations across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions.
• Strong HR generalist background across lifecycle, contracts, compliance, payroll, and systems.
• Experience supporting large blue-collar workforces in industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment law, immigration, and expatriate administration.

• Own HR systems, employee master data integrity, reporting, and operational workforce analytics.
• Lead and develop HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration, and PRO resources while influencing territory HR teams.

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries, driving consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Manage all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Oversee UAE immigration, expatriate employment contracts, international assignments, and related documentation.
• Drive HR governance, policies, procedures, compliance monitoring, and employee relations support.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration through local teams, Finance, and external providers.
• Own HR systems, employee master data integrity, reporting, and operational workforce analytics.
• Lead and develop HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration, and PRO resources while influencing territory HR teams.

• Minimum 10 years' progressive HR experience with significant HR Operations leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions (essential).
• Strong HR generalist background covering employee lifecycle, employee relations, contracts, compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Experience supporting large blue-collar workforces within industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics, heavy equipment, or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation, immigration processes, and expatriate workforce administration.
