Job summary

Dubai Public Prosecution is seeking an HR administrator to support health insurance processes, employee data updates, and HR planning in the GRP system. The role involves coordinating with the health insurer to issue and cancel health cards, and handling ID replacements.

You will contribute to annual HR plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliant procedures. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business and be comfortable using reporting tools such as Discoverer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business.

Responsibilities

• Implement health insurance card issuance and cancellation procedures with the insurer.
• Issue replacements for lost/damaged employee IDs.
• Verify and update health insurance data and documents.
• Prepare awareness materials to explain health insurance systems and updates.
• Contribute to leave procedure updates in the GRP HR planning program.
• Update employee data in the GRP HR planning program.
• Assist in preparing and implementing the annual HR operational plan.
• Follow up on communication methodologies in management.
• Prepare periodic statements using the Discoverer system.
