Job summary

Boskalis is establishing a dynamic HR Operations team in Abu Dhabi. The HR Advisor (Operations) will manage end-to-end processes, prepare employment letters and visas, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.

You will work with an international team, supporting business growth and ensuring timely HR services across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years in HR operations or HR administration in large or international organisations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, service-minded, and solution-focused mindset with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding, while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates and other employee-related documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing timely advice and resolving day-to-day HR operational queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working within HR Operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality HR service that supports both business continuity and future growth.
• Support wider HR initiatives and respond flexibly to changing business priorities.
