Job summary

Boskalis is establishing a dynamic, future-focused organisation in Abu Dhabi to support global projects, aiming to grow to 500 employees by 2027 and beyond. As HR Advisor (Operations), you will manage onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, and visa processes, ensuring compliant employee records and robust HR documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with end-to-end HR processes and documentation.
• 4–6 years in HR operations or HR administration, ideally in a large or international organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, service‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset.
• Curiosity to learn new HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding, while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Prepare employment letters, certificates and other employee-related documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing timely advice and resolving day-to-day HR operational queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working within HR Operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality HR service that supports both business continuity and future growth.
• Support wider HR initiatives and respond flexibly to changing business priorities.
