Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Operations Senior Associate Officer to manage the off-boarding, salary suspensions, and EOSB processes. You will handle employee changes in the Fusion system, prepare reports, and coordinate with Legal, Payroll, and MOHRE teams to ensure compliance and timely processing.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and knowledge of UAE policies. A banking environment familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with off-boarding, EOSB calculation, and salary suspension/release processes.
• Exposure to employment verification and reference checks for former employees.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the off-boarding process and ensure complete documentation.
• Handle suspension and release of staff salaries to prevent overpayments.
• Process employee changes in the Fusion system with required approvals.
• Prepare monthly reports on resignations and terminations for MIS records.
• Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, GRD, and MOHRE on related matters.
• Assist UAE national leavers and Emiratisation efforts.
